Partnership: Our engagements are only 30 days in length – short enough to have a big impact and long enough for us to engage passive candidates and work our magic. During the search, we work to gain an in-depth understanding of the knowledge, skills, and abilities related to each position description.
Positions: We have expertise in finding candidates for mid-level up to AVP-level positions in the following departments: Auxiliary, Advancement, Student Affairs, Finance, Procurement, Business Support, HR Services, Administration, Admissions, Legal & Academic Support, and more.
Sourcing: We share candidate behavior while delivering real-time calibration based on your feedback. We utilize several recruitment channels to build your candidate pool, including data mining, associations, alumni groups, diversity outreach, referrals, and external postings distributed to job boards and grassroots outlets.
Candidate Engagement/Presentation: Candidates matching your requirements and expectations are engaged and invited to interview with our team. Candidates that align are then shared with your team.
Facilitation: We help manage interview scheduling and candidate engagement at all stages of the process, exchanging feedback as necessary.
Completion: When the engagement period is completed, submitted candidates are updated as to the status of the position and we present you with an engagement summary.
Kickoff call: Communicate in detail the requirements for an ideal candidate and your availability for interviews.
Weekly Call: Provide open and honest feedback regarding candidate feedback in a timely fashion so we can quickly calibrate to continue building a robust and diverse candidate pool.
Feedback: Let us know if you see a way for us to improve our process to better serve your needs, creating a more successful partnership.
If, at the close of your engagement, you do not feel that we have fulfilled our promise to provide a quality selection of candidates as determined by moving candidates forward after your initial interview, we will refund 80% of costs. Our program fees are not dependent on a hire.
